It doesn’t get much simpler or more joyful than Keepy Uppy. Blow up a balloon and challenge everyone to keep it from hitting the floor using just their hands - or mix it up with different body parts! It’s great for burning energy, practising hand-eye coordination, and letting off steam.
You can play solo, as a team, or compete to see who can keep the balloon up the longest.
Blow up a balloon.
Clear a safe space for play.
Toss the balloon into the air.
Challenge the player(s) to keep it from touching the ground - no catching, just tapping!

Body Part Challenge: “Only use your elbows!” or “Only feet this round!”
Travelling balloon: Try get the balloon from one side of the room / house to the other
Keepy downy: If you have a helium balloon, try a backwards challenge and bounce it on the floor
