Yoghurt parfait recipe

Yoghurt parfaits are an easy and fun way to get little ones involved in the kitchen - no cooking required. Just set out some yoghurt, fruit, and crunchy toppings, and let them layer away!

The act of spooning, scooping, and layering turns this snack into a sensory-rich, fine motor activity. Plus, it encourages choice and independence, giving kids a sense of ownership over what they create. It's also an easy win if you're looking for a healthier dessert option.
